Decorative Techniques

This room displays the various decorative techniques used for luxury weaponry, including the recreation of a damascene workshop. This artistic technique par excellence, involving the embedding of gold into iron, was developed by Eusebio Zuloaga, gun-maker to the king, and was later perfected by his son Plácido.
