Travelling show on the industrial spaces related to the iron and steelmaking in the Pyrenees.

The Eibar Town Council is a founder member of the Iron Route in the Pyrenees, a nominated European cultural itinerary. With the aim of casting light on the resources of this association, from 16-27 January the Arms Industry Museum is running a travelling exhibition on industrial heritage related to iron manufacturing in the Pyrenees, showing the most outstanding locations of this industry in the regions of the Andorra Principality, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Languedoc-Roussillon and Aquitaine.

The exhibition is organised by the Iron Route in the Pyrenees, which has the objective of studying, conserving and showcasing the heritage related to iron manufacturing and its industry in the Pyrenees. The route groups around a common itinerary various locations from five neighbouring regions: the Principality of Andorra, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Languedoc-Roussillon and Aquitaine. Today three Catalonian industrial spaces form part of this route: the Museu de les Mines de Cercs (Berguedà), the Fragua Palau de Ripoll (Ripollès) and the Alto horno de Anglès (Selva).
